DMD was established in 1998 by Dean Schieve and Don Vangsnes to provide research and evaluation services, our core activities. Serving regional, national and international clients, DMD has earned a reputation as a results-oriented business emphasizing strong personal working relationships with clients. In this age of accountability and data-driven decision making, DMD offers highly individualized service to create solutions unique to each client’s situation.
Our key personnel have significant administrative and project management experience in addition to extensive experience in the area of evaluation, research, communications, organizational analysis and marketing. DMD has been involved in all facets of strategic planning, new program development, and evaluation and research projects. Our work includes conceptualization, process organization, research design and analysis, report writing, formal presentation of study outcomes, and implementation of recommendations. DMD also works with a variety of clients on grant-related activities such as researching and writing grant proposals, developing evaluation plans, project implementation and project management.
